Infinix launch Infinix Hot 8 in September 2019 as a successor of Infinix Hot 7 which was launched in January 2019, Infinix Hot 8 comes with the same 6.5 inches IPS LCD display with resolution up to 720 x 1520 pixels.

Hot 8 has a triple camera on the back with the 13-megapixel main camera and the other two are 2-megapixels. Infinix Hot 8 supports video up 080p@30fps. On the front, Infinix Hot 8 has a selfie camera which comes with an 8-megapixel lens which supports HDR and video up to 720p@30fps.

Infinix Hot 8 is powered by Android 9.0 (Pie) with infinix XOS 5.0 user interface. Hardware-wise Infinix Hot 8 has Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 chipset with CPU power up to Octa-core CPU (4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 and 4×1.5 GHz Cortex-A53) and RAM up to 4 GB. Infinix Hot 8 comes with 64 GB internal storage expandable with microSD card, up to 256 GB.
